Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, memberships can be frozen for up to 30 days per year for medical reasons or extended travel. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

What if I need to cancel?

We require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Unused class credits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another member.

Do class credits expire?

Class credits are valid for the duration specified in your membership plan. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your membership at any time. We'll prorate the difference and apply it to your new plan.
